MUMBAI: Anupam Kher, a classic Bollywood actor, took to Twitter and shared the sad news of his wife Kirron Kher suffering from Myeloma, one of the many variants of blood cancer.
Multiple myeloma is classified in the category of bone marrow cancer.
The cancer is labelled ‘multiple myeloma’ due to its targeting diverse parts of the body but most commonly it puts a negative effect on spine, skull, pelvis and ribs.
However, do not fret. According to Anupam Kher, his wife has always been a fighter and confronts things with complete bravery.
Anupam Kher shared the sad news in detail mentioning: ‘Just so that rumours don’t get the better of a situation Sikandar and I would like to inform everyone that Kirron has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer.
She is currently undergoing treatment and we are sure she will come out of this stronger than before.
We are very blessed that she is being looked after by a phenomenal set of doctors. She’s always been a fighter and takes things head on’. A very wise way to share a despairing news but not making his wife sound ‘feeble’.
‘She is all heart and that is why she has so many people that love her. So keep sending your love to her in your prayers and in your heart. She is well on her way to recovery and we thank everyone for their support and love. Anupam and Sikandar.’ Anupam shares.
He surely has a very soft spot for his wife and it is wonderful to know that Kirron Kher is already reaching towards her recovery stage.
