‘You have made this league successful’ Mani thanked PSL fans

KARACHI: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)’s chairman, Ehsan Mani said they will miss full-flesh crowd in the stadium during Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 6.

While addressing to the PSL fans at the opening ceremony of season 6, Mani said people have supported the Pakistani brand throughout. “Nothing was possible without our fans. You have made this league successful,” Mani thanked crowd in the stands and spectators who are supporting PSL 6 from home.

The PCB boss requested fans to follow all COVID-19 SoPs as they are making efforts for increase in number of people per match later in the event. “Its a big achievement for us to host this event in these tough times. We have also allowed limited crowd here but they need to follow SoPs. Hopefully, we will be able to increase crowd sometime later in the event,” he concluded.

Karachi Kings lock horns with Quetta Gladiators in PSL 6 opener here at National Stadium today (Saturday). Kings will be defending their PSL title against 2019 PSL champions Gladiators.
